I feel you. I spent years swinging between crash diets and blow out binges, eventually leading to not one but two eating disorders, and years of disordered eating. It felt like the harder I tried, the worse it all was. My life was consumed by an ever growing obsession with food and my body. I spent an alarmingly large amount of time obsessing about what I was (or should be) eating, if I had done enough or the right exercise, and always, always hating myself. Always feeling like a failure, convinced that if I could just change that one thing then my life would be complete; it never was.
After 2 decades of dieting, self loathing and obsession I decided to break free. I decided to quit dieting and finally heal my messed up relationship with food. I went on a mission to discover ways of managing a healthy lifestyle without obsession. And more importantly, I worked on my relationship with myself, so I could finally stop hating what I saw in the mirror and truly appreciate my body.
Now I am finally free! I eat a diet that is nutritious, delicious and satisfying without ever wasting a minute of my time worrying about food. I can proudly look in the mirror and treat my body with the respect it deserves. I don’t fear social occasions where food will be abundant, or feel the need to crash diet before a holiday. And the amazing thing; my body size has pretty much stabilised! No more constant losing and gaining weight.

From nearly 10 years of working as a health, fitness and weight loss coach I learned a lot about diets; the good, the bad and the very ugly. I saw people succeed, only to regain weight and find themselves even more miserable than ever. I saw people spend years trying, stuck in the system and never seeming to make any progress. It was heart-breaking putting so much time and energy into helping people, and seeing so few succeed long term, and many feeling defeated and increasingly desperate. It was only once I broke free from dieting that I could see where I had been going wrong as a coach, and understand the real key to finding a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Now I am putting my years of professional practice together with my own personal experience to finally help people break free from dieting and find a body they love.

I don’t have any complicated package options, just a straightforward monthly fee of £200.
