These friendly, small group classes are for ladies only. Sorry guys, but sometimes us girls need our privacy.
To maintain our small group numbers all classes run as 5 week courses. Courses run back-to-back, and you can join in a course at any time- providing there is space! We do our best to accommodate everyone, so if you are interested in joining then get in touch .
Because we work on a pre-booked schedule, you will soon get to know and make friends with the other people on the class. It is a really friendly group environment.

Like the idea of using weights but don’t know what to do? Wanting to get stronger, fitter, tone up or build confidence? Then Intro to Weights is the class for you! Each week we look at different types of weights equipment and learn how to use them safely and effectively. Don’t worry- you won’t end up looking like Arnie, this is a beginners class, using moderately light weights. It is designed to help ladies improve their confidence using weights and learn safe technique and form.
