Meet Genan, a proud SetUfree gal. She is a real inspiration and a great example of the implementation of simple changes to achieve long term results. No crash diets, no working out like an Olympian, just progress and a few steps in the direction on genuine health.

Jenny tells us the story:

“Genan started at Set U Free as she wanted to make sure she felt confident on her special day. She  was hitting the gym hard and thought she was making healthy food choices, but wasn’t seeing the results she wanted. With her wedding day looming she was worried she wouldn’t feel confident in her dress.

We kick started with a nutritional review and together worked out some simple tweaks and changes to her current diet. She then had weekly 1-2-1 sessions with us to show her effective ways to achieve her goals. Genan worked so hard, and quickly saw results she wanted. In 12 weeks she lost just under 2 stone and her wedding dress had to be hugely adjusted! But most importantly she felt amazing on her special day. We think she looks stunning- especially that confident smile.

Muchas gracias! I lost 3 inches from my waist, 4 from my hips, 2 from thighs… Overall I lost just under 2 stone… 1 stone 10 pounds after my 10 week block and 2/3 sessions after so 3 months.”

At Set U Free, we don’t believe in crash diets and quick fixes. Genan has achieved all this with sensible lifelong changes to her diet and lifestyle … But of course when the motivation is strong, the effort is there, and you stay consistent- the results can be incredible!
