I'm Jennie and I founded set U free after spending most my life trying to 'lose weight, tone up and get fit'. But all it led to was yo-yo dieting, punishing exercise regimes which left me injured and defeated, and years of disordered eating and self-hatred. Eventually I realised enough was enough, and I decided to make exercise fun. I chose to love and respect my body regardless to what the scales said, and feed my body a diet which is nutritious and satisfying. I created set U free as a safe, welcoming alternative to gyms.
